Heike Isenschmid

Heike holds an University degree and is certified as Financial Consultant (Frankfurt School of Finance and Management). She worked for UBS and Credit Suisse and prior to this, she spent 17 years in senior positions in international businesses. She has been in Management positions at IT companies and since 4 years she is co-founder and chairman of the board of the German non-profit organisation ‘FairShare e.V. ‘, an association for research and development of new and sustainable international finance models.

She served as Financial Coach for companies, institutions and individuals for sustainable investing. She also has experience as Senior Expert Project Manager and in this role she has been responsible for large projects, developed strategies and implemented comprehensive programs. She works with finance experts, Universities, European entities and Asset Managers to overcome these days’ financial challenges. Looking for transparency with a long-term view towards sustainability she is helping projects and companies on the implementation of sustainable solutions and technologies.

Jutta Rabe

Jutta holds a University degree in international economy (Diplom Volkswirtin). She has worked as Project Manager in nearly all European countries and in China, USA, Canada, Russia, Georgia and the former Yugoslavia. Since 2006 she has worked in and for projects as consultant for very special tasks: consultancy for a new and innovative production process of a bio-lubricant in Germany. Guiding the four years process of market integration and a successful accomplishing of an exit/sale to one of Germany’s leading lubricant producer (ROWE) with an doubling of the initial investment.

Consultancy for developing a strategy to use ‘Silan’ in space technology and introducing the inventor and his technology to the China National Space Administration. Consultancy for div. EU-funded projects and div. industrial companies via the German PR-company Media Consulta, e.g. developing the transparency strategy for the oil & gas company Wintershall. Consultancy for the non-profit foundation DESERTEC. Consultancy for a market access in Germany for a voice based cryptographic mobile phone technology inventor. Besides her industrial engagements she also served as Special Advisor to the EU in the frame of the Audiovisual Eureka Programme for a period of two years. She also became a co-founder and member of the board of the German non-profit organisation ‘FairShare e.V. ‘, an association for research and development of new and sustainable international finance models.
